About Us

This idea sprung from a transformational leadership course taught at the California Institute of Integral Studies class in San Francisco, California in 2018 and transformed into a fully functional clinic offering the Tucson community several integrative modalities to choose from

Troy Arce wanted to create and expand on what the military was doing with human performance initiatives with special operations community in which he proudly served for a career. He started as a USAF Pararescueman and later commissioned as a Combat Rescue Officer.  Troy found himself and his team mates with injuries of the body and mind and witnessed many suffer upon returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. His new mission was to create a Center for Integrative Research and Exploration where he would be able to encompass several modalities under one roof, research them to see what works, and explore new ways of treating injuries whether physical or mental. Today, the Center for Integrative Research and Exploration is operating as a Community Care Network provider to Veterans and their families under contract with the Veterans Administration.
